Many Filipinos love coffee … it’s like their daily dose of medicine that keeps them alert, awake and enthusiastic (LOL). Seriously, with the kind of lifestyle and hectic schedule that most of us have these days, we have become very dependent to coffee. That without it, we feel incomplete… either we’ve got mood swings, feeling snappish and all.

However, not all of us are into sipping teas. Until we’ve realized how healthy drinking tea is. It has a handful of health benefits that sometimes we really don’t get into our lovely cups of coffee.

Benefits of Coffee and Tea

OUR STORY: Hubby and I finally decided to serve hot/warm tea every time we eat or even during our random talks over our then “wanna-have-some-coffee-dear” moments. We thought of doing this as we started to admire Koreans, Chinese and Japanese who are all sipping teas at mealtime.

Believe it or not, the result was simple yet really amazing. Though we’ve only been doing this for perhaps a month or two, we’ve noticed some changes especially on our quality of sleep, digestion  and level of concentration.
